Required courses, 2017-18

This page provides details on the times of the three classes that are required for the Film Minor.

(1) Film analysis requirement

For this requirement, you must take either FILM 2311 at Dalhousie, or ENGL 2511 at Saint Mary’s. You CANNOT take both (they are considered equivalent).

(2) The first film history requirement

For this requirement, you must take either FILM 2301 at Dalhousie, or AHIS 2800 at NSCAD. You CANNOT take both (they are considered equivalent).

(3) The second film history requirement

For this requirement, you must take either FILM 3301 at Dalhousie, or AHIS 2810 at NSCAD. You CANNOT take both (they are considered equivalent).
